Here are some clinics you can attend! If you plan to attend one, please reach out to one of the reps and let us know.  Also, if you are PVS/USA Swimming certified stroke and turn or starter, those are reciprocal with NVSL so please let us know…

We get "2 year suits" and this is the first year for our new suit (meaning we will have this same suit next year).  Suits can be purchased here and picked up at at Suit Up in Fairfax.  We have tentatively secured a day they will come let you try on…

If you are signing up for dive, please consider volunteering as a judge, referee, table worker (recording scores), or helping with concessions. We are a small team and need parent volunteers to make everything run smoothly. For planning purposes, here are the volunteer training dates:

We have scheduled a rep to come to the pool from Suit Up to make it easy for you to purchase your team suits.  She will be there on Friday June 2 from 4-6.  If that time doesn't work for you, no worries.  You can purchase it online…

The second B meet is Monday, June 27 at Truro Pool. All swimmers are encouraged to participate Swimmers need to be at Truro at 5:15pm Coach Olivia will sign up kids at tomorrow's practice for the meet. If your swimmer misses practice, we can still fill out an entry card…

Thanks to all who came out for the A meet Saturday. Some great swims took place and some very exciting races! Your Ilda Clippers won the meet against the Broyhill Crest Barracudas with a final score of 228 - 161.
