A Note on Missing Times

You may notice that some swimmers assigned to events do not have times listed in the report. This is simply a data display issue. The coaches determined who would be swimming the individual events and relays using times from our timing meet, times swum last season, and times taken during practices this week. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected].

Open Volunteer Roles

We currently have openings for the following positions:

• Griller (1)
  • Grill burgers and hot dogs
• Friday Night Setup Crew (2)
  • Follow the detailed setup instructions on Friday night, then enjoy the meet on Saturday as a spectator!
• Timer/RTO Official (4)
  • You time the individual events, then officiate relay take offs for the relay events.  We will train you at the meet.

Volunteer Requirement

Remember: if your child is swimming in the meet, you are required to volunteer. Failure to fill our volunteer roles makes more work for everyone. Don't be annoying—sign up today so I don't have to contact people individually.
