Our first away A meet is just up Braeburn at Rutherford Pool (4609 Marley Rd, Fairfax, VA). You may remember them from our timing meet 2 Saturday ago, and we will be making the trip again for our final B Meet on July 13th. This meet will start early at 8:30 AM. Ilda should plan to arrive between 7:40 and 7:45 for a 7:55 warm up. Lot parking fills quickly, however, additional street parking is available on Marley Rd. and Kristin Ln. Drivers should follow Fairfax County regulations which include not parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant and/or 10 feet of a driveway. There will be an exhibition event for Little Rats and Little Clips to swim across the dive well held before the playing of the National Anthem (8:25 AM). |

This is the first event of the season. Swimmers are encouraged to sign up for every stroke they are comfortable swimming so they can get a time logged. This is the only meet of the year where you can swim all 4 individual events for your age group. These times will be used to determine who gets to swim events and relays at our first A Meet on June 20th. Remember, if your child is signed up to swim at this meet, your family must also sign up for a volunteer slot. Email us at [email protected] if you have any questions. |

End of season Banquet. Kids get medals and awards. This is for both swim and dive. Please purchase a banquet entry on the team store (available soon) to ensure your entry to the banquet is pre-paid (this covers BBQ and kids medals, supplies). A-L bring a side M-Z bring desserts (kids like this part so let's do it big) Order of events: Eat, dive awards, swim awards. |

Stay after and maybe we can get out the karaoke machine! **IM is "individual medley" which is fly, back, breast, freestyle in that order in a 100M race....in order to swim, your child should have a valid IM time |
