This is the first event of the season. Swimmers are encouraged to sign up for every stroke they are comfortable swimming so they can get a time logged. This is the only meet of the year where you can swim all 4 individual events for your age group. These times will be used to determine who gets to swim events and relays at our first A Meet on June 20th. Remember, if your child is signed up to swim at this meet, your family must also sign up for a volunteer slot. Email us at [email protected] if you have any questions. |

End of season Banquet. Kids get medals and awards. This is for both swim and dive. Please purchase a banquet entry on the team store (available soon) to ensure your entry to the banquet is pre-paid (this covers BBQ and kids medals, supplies). A-L bring a side M-Z bring desserts (kids like this part so let's do it big) Order of events: Eat, dive awards, swim awards. |

IM Carnival at Ilda! Come compete with our Woodson B meet friends at home--also sign up for multiple volunteer opportunities as they will be a-plenty! Stay after and maybe we can get out the karaoke machine! **IM is "individual medley" which is fly, back, breast, freestyle in that order in a 100M race....in order to swim, your child should have a valid IM time |

Fairfax Foxes (club team) clinic at Ilda

Come out and receive some instruction Fairfax Foxes coaches. Currently we have about 10 swimmers from our team on Foxes for year round swimming....if your child has any interest in swim outside of summer swim, or you just want to check it out, please rsvp. (it's at night so we won't compete for pool space--plus, not hot for you to hang in the pavillion) Swimmers should be able to swim free and back independently (no help or kickboard) across the pool (age 6 swim ups and up--not Clips). Please ensure child is ready to focus and not for play.
