Meet Description:

Divisionals is the end of season Individual Meet for our division.  

2 heats are run for each event.  Each of the 6 teams in the division are guaranteed 2 spots in every event.  When a team does not have a swimmer to compete in a spot, the next fastest available swimmer in the division is given the spot.

A swimmer can only compete in 2 events, so event preference is critical to the process.

You can research which events your swimmer is most competitive in within our division using the NVSL Leader Tool.

Instructions for how to submit your swimmer's preference are available when you edit your swimmer's status.

All swimmers have been defaulted to "Not Attending" this meet.  You MUST click "EDIT" to change your swimmer's status for them to swim in this meet.

Very nice medals are awarded to those who finish 6th place and above in their event.  12th through 7th place receive ribbons.

The top 18 swimmers for each event across the 17 Divisional Meets throughout the NVSL are invited to attend Individual All Stars on 8/1.

Volunteer Info:

This event is divided into two halves: AM and PM.

Ilda will need to provide 3 timers, a table worker and a marshal for each half.

Depending on needs, we may be asked to provide a Clerk of Course and Officials for each half.

Note:  We had to close registration early because of a misunderstanding about when the entries were due.  If you didn't register and your swimmer still wants to attend, they can show up to Canterbury Woods on Monday and we can enter them on the deck.

This is a Woodson B-Meet league event where swimmers compete in the 100M Individual Medley (IM) against other swimmers in their age group from neighboring pools.

Please only sign your swimmer up for this meet if they have a reasonable chance to legally complete the 100 IM without disqualifying.

This is our final A Meet of the season!  Let's make sure our strongest team is available so we can end the season on a high note!

This is an away meet at a pool in Alexandria, so please account for that in your Saturday morning plans.

Participants will be announced at practice on Thursday (7/16) and emailed to parents that afternoon.

There will be an untimed swim event for developmental swimmers between the individual events and the relays.  No signup require - just show up if interested.
