Come out and get a time in any or all strokes. This helps the coaching staff determine placement in our first A meet the next weekend. It will give swimmers a baseline to work on over the season. Plus, it's lots of fun with our friends down the street at Rutherford. |

Free swim clinic put on by the coaches at Fairfax Foxes, a local year round swim club affiliated with Potomac Valley Swimming/USA Swimming. Several of our Clipper swimmers swim with this club and the coaching staff is excellent. Come out to work on techniques with their coaches--for anyone who is legal in free/back and (mostly) legal in breast/fly. Especially good to see if your swimmer might be interested in year-round swim. See Shannon for questions. |
