Earlier this season, our very own Clipper Parent Michelle Alvarez took amazing team photos and individual/family portraits.  Please support her business so that she returns to take pictures for us in future seasons!  Here are the instructions for viewing images and ordering prints online:

Event Details for the Final Big Weekend!

• Friday: 5 PM Practice and "Pie the Coaches" Pep Rally
  • 5 PM Practice is for swimmers who were unable to attend morning practices and who are also swimming in the Division Championship meet on Saturday.
    • Note: The coaches would strongly prefer swimmers to attend the morning practice so they are nice and rested for the meet on Saturday!
  • Coach Maura will organize the kids outside of the pavilion at 6 PM for the Pep Rally.  Parents can enjoy the poker tournament while the kids are entertained at this popular event.
• Saturday: Division Championship Meet
  • Everyone swimming in this meet has been informed in a separate email.  If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email.
  • All logistical details for the meet are available on Rutherford's Website.  This information supersedes anything else you may have heard or read previously.  If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email.
  • At this meet, each event will have a separate warm up period right before the event rather than one giant team warm up before the meet starts.
  • We still need 4 more deck volunteers for the meet.  Please sign up here.
  • The team area can be damp.  Rutherford says that some teams bring tarps to counteract this.  If anyone would like to bring a tarp, sign up for "Tarp" using the volunteer link.
• Sunday AM: Dive Divisionals
  • Most of you are here for swim, but Ilda's Dive Team has had quite the season, logging their first multi-win record since 2018!  Ilda's divers will be competing in Dive Divisionals up the road at Annandale Pool.  The dive meet will start around 8 AM.
• Sunday PM: End of Season Banquet
  • Full details available online (scroll to the final event).
  • The banquet will start at 5 PM in the pool pavilion.
  • RSVP's are closed (the food has been ordered), but we'll still let you attend if you prepay online.  We will be checking for payment at the door - prepay now or bring cash to the event.
  • This event is a partial potluck:
    • Last Name A-M: Desserts
    • Last Name L-Z: Side Dish or Salad
  • You can still donate online for gifts for our amazing coaches.  We will also accept cash for gifts at the door.
